Before you start
- By using Maperr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Maperr helps you create and publish one-page websites using information from your public business presence (for example, your Google Business Profile and customer reviews).
- You are responsible for your listing links, your published content, and compliance with Google’s and other platforms’ terms.
- Generated copy and layouts are assistive tools only. You should review everything before publishing.
- Services are provided "as is" with limitations on liability as described below.
1. Who we are
Maperr ("Maperr", "we", "us") provides the Maperr website, applications, and related services (the "Services") that allow businesses to turn customer feedback and public listing context into simple, conversion-focused one-page sites. We are based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have valid parental consent) to use the Services. If you use Maperr on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@maperr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content and third-party data
You may provide links to public listings, upload materials, and publish pages through Maperr. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that information and that your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. You understand that review text and listing details may come from publicly available sources and must still comply with platform rules and advertising standards in your industry.
5. Generated output
Drafts, suggestions, layouts, and analytics may be produced automatically or with assistance from software tools. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you publish. Maperr does not guarantee specific business results (for example, calls, rankings, or revenue).
6. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid features are described on our pricing page. Fees, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules apply as stated at checkout or in your account. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
- Violating law or others' rights (including misleading claims or spam).
- Attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems or bypass security.
- Scraping or reselling Maperr in bulk without written permission.
- Using the Services to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual property
Maperr retains all rights in the Services, software, templates, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of your original content; you grant Maperr a license to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAPERR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID MAPERR FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Maperr and its team against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario, Canadahave exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
